With the aim of pushing my self to swim even faster than before I thought it would be a good idea to have somewhere to keep track of my swim times. I will also try keep track of cycling and running too. Michael Phelps in his book, No Limits: The Will to Succeed, said that he writes down targets to achieve and looks at it every day until he beats it, then sets another, well, thats what I’m going to do!

I’ll try make them look good too 😉
